My passion for design and love of architecture was only matched by my partner, Kassi, who had already taken a leap of faith in 2011 and was remodeling homes on her own accord. Sharing the same core values, we teamed up in 2013 to form our real estate investing company, Wolff House, and we have been remodeling and building homes ever since. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to solve problems. I studied Mechanical Engineering at Colorado State University, which taught me how to rationally think through problems and create processes. I’ve been able to apply that same knowledge towards developing systems and implementing processes around daily business activities in order to ensure success. In my free time I love spending time in the great Colorado outdoors whether it be mountain biking, skiing, backpacking, or simply enjoying the scenery.

Andy R. is an accomplished real estate investor in Chicago. He focuses on renovating single family and multifamily properties in several sub markets in and around the city. He has full-time contractors and project managers with experience renovating residential properties. Aloha has engaged Andy in the past to assist in completing renovations for other investors with projects that are behind schedule and need of expert oversight.

Kade is an experienced Real Estate Investor working in several markets.   His current focus is on renovating SFR’s in the New Orleans area.  He has completed 3 deals with 3 currently in process.  In addition to being a Real Estate Investor, he also has experience wholesaling properties.  Kade personally manages all of his projects to ensure the quality of the work.

A real estate investor with almost 15 years experience in rehabbing homes, Corey started rehabbing in 2008 and built a strong portfolio. She and het husband have been been further scaling the business since 2021 and have done several flips with the BRRR method to further build up their rental portfolio She and her husband also flip some deals. They do all our own work and run 3 crews currently.

Matt worked for a large multifamily developer in Orange County, CA  for 4 years as an Asset Manager prior to starting his own ventures in Real Estate Investing.  Matt currently owns a Property Management company based in Southern CA as well as a growing portfolio of homes across the country.   His primary focus in real estate is value-add single family homes using private financing (such as Aloha!), refinancing, and holding as rentals after securing permanent residence debt.

His focus is primarily on multifamily properties, particularly those with 4 to 14 units. Beyond personal investments, Aaron also leads a syndication that rejuvenates apartment buildings in Michigan. He's currently managing two projects, each comprising 30 units and cumulatively representing $6m in assets. Balancing his full-time management role with real estate ventures, Aaron's experience underscores a quiet dedication to the real estate sector.
