Matt worked for a large multifamily developer in Orange County, CA  for 4 years as an Asset Manager prior to starting his own ventures in Real Estate Investing.  Matt currently owns a Property Management company based in Southern CA as well as a growing portfolio of homes across the country.   His primary focus in real estate is value-add single family homes using private financing (such as Aloha!), refinancing, and holding as rentals after securing permanent residence debt.
